switchblade "molletta" ??
hi guys, I recently bought this 33 cm .... my question is' if anyone knows who used the brand "molletta" .... the knife should be Italian for the German market since it has the written rostfrei .. .. but 'I can not find any information on the word "molletta" ........ thanks to all ... a greeting from' Italy

Paisan,I like your knife,I think and I could wrong, but I would say that yes it is Italian,I have a few that have that stamp,ciao.Eric

I guess you didn't try very hard...lolbut 'I can not find any information on the word "molletta"
Put Molletta in the top search function and you can read all night...Page after page...

Here is a good link to start with that includes a quote from a guy that went by Lamadamas who claims to have had these made for him.

Wish I knew what happened to Hassan (Lamadamas)....He was a great source for some unique knives and always had a good supply of 2nds and fixer uppers cheap.

That' is what he was saying. I don't know if it was ever verified by any of the actual makers in Maniago.
