How do you intend to use it? They’re really not a working man’s knife. If you’re looking for every day carry an Italian stiletto is not made for every day work. I would consider them more of a late duty knife.
They are well-made knives. I honestly don’t have any complaints about quality or workmanship. Of course even the worlds best made knife could always use improvement.
But, you don’t need to take my word for it. Let’s see what others have to say.

Never mind. I was thinking of the AB's. That one Jules has pictured is awesome. The AKC was the knife I bought years back from DHgate. What a mistake. Buy nothing from them. Bandits!

They are some of the nicer stilettos I've owned.

I'd actually like to SEE a 9" AKC Stiletto. I've seen plenty that are pure Asian as they mark every "stiletto" they produce AKC. I've seen AKC Swingers, Leverlocks, Bill's Leverletto, Shellpuller Leverlocks, OTFs and Fishtails. But, I don't believe I've ever seen an Italian made AKC Stiletto. Anyone care to post a picture of one?

Hi Chris,
If this is a what you imagine when the word stiletto is said
with an AKC stamp

then I have to say
I cannot recall AKC manufacturing a classic stiletto in an size, ever. We all know the term stiletto is used rather loosely to include many styles of automatic knives.

I have a couple of 13" stiletto's marked with the AKC stamp. They may have come in other sizes, but I don't know for sure. In truth, it is not clear that these were actually made by AKC, a sub brand of the Campolin's. They could have been made at another shop who put the stamp on them. A common practice.

Anyway, the 13's are OK but not brilliant knives. Too big for convenient carry and the thin 3 mm blade is a weak point. I got both of them from Stu more that 13 years ago.

I don't have pictures, but if there is interest, I will take and post later.

AKC is making many of their stilettos in house.
They are also contracting from other makers.
AKC's standards are very high.

Yes John. I guess I think of a Stiletto to mean the traditional/classic design. When I see the traditional/classic stiletto design on the Bay stamped AKC, I just skip it. I'm afraid I just don't have the experienced eye in that case. Like I mentioned, the Asian makers stamp them all AKC and I've never seen one offered by our Italian friends. My experience with true AKC is top notched!

I was mistaken, I got akc confused with the ab stamp. Been awhile since I looked at my stilettos.

...Well, that's certainly the style I think of when referring to a Stiletto, and it's surely stamped AKC. My question would be, why don't I (we) ever see them offered by the Italian makers? I can't help but to think it's Asian made. I'm sure a more experienced eye will chime in.

With my limited experience I would say this is a Chinese knock off. The top bolster looks Chinese and the safety slot looks really wide. The top bolsters look different from the Italian ones. It’s the way they are stamped. The resolution on my telephone isn’t sharp enough for me to take a good look at the logo, but I’m willing to guess that it’s not an original AKC.
