Is this a genuine knife?

Markings mean very little. Look at the knife, not the markings.

It appears to be a Frank Beltrame "Switch" model. They use screws to hold the scales on.

If the screws are missing, don't get it. I'm guessing someone striped the threads and they fell out so even if you were to find replacement screws they most likely would just fall out again. And if I recall correctly how those ones are assembled, the scales are put on last so pinning the scales wouldn't work.

How about if it has screwed-on scales, don't buy it at all :lol:
