Is there a certain Ganzo model that you prefer, or are all Ganzos recommended?Fishtail Picklock wrote:These sell out so quickly because they are so good.

I personally like the 7211 models but I have all of the autos, maybe not all the colors though.

The steel is good in all of them I prefer a clip point blade for general utility. That's just my preference. I'm somewhat peculiar because I generally enjoy clip or drop point blades. These prove useful because they hold an edge.JulesVane wrote:Is there a certain Ganzo model that you prefer, or are all Ganzos recommended?Fishtail Picklock wrote:These sell out so quickly because they are so good.
The profile of a Bayonet or Dagger stiletto blades do not lend themselves to staying sharp or cutting well. A flat ground on the Italian Stiletto is about as close as you're going to get to a "utilitarian" stiletto blade.
This is why I want to opt for a flat ground clip point blade, traditionally found of the Fishtail Picklock Italian knife.
