So what's Armando doing now? Working with Frank? Selling real estate? :roll:

Must be tough making/selling these knives for decades then having to get a more conventional job after being self-employed doing the same thing for so long... hope he's ok

The brothers Frank and Armando are both getting up there in age - pushing towards 80. Don't think a career change is in the offing. The brothers had a falling out many years ago. Don't know where that stands. Their shops were / are literally next to each other as the building the old family business was in originally was partitioned down the middle. Frank on one side, Armando on the other. Kinda sad.

It is sad, when these older guys retire that will probably be the end of new Italian stilettos.
