Renzo Beltrame VS Frank Beltrame switchblades?

Post by elkabong »

Hi all;

I have a couple of Frank B knives that I REALLY like the quality of. I've now come across a few Renzo Beltrame knives being offered to me. How does Renzo's quality compare to Frank's?

Thanks

I had one Renzo in which the quality was very poor IMO. Haven't gotten a Frank B. yet, however I do have a couple of Alberto's that I'm quite happy with.

I own knives made by both. 99% of the time both
Frank B' aand Renzo B's knives are awesome. Every now and then QC will miss a knife and a bad one gets sold. Contact the seller tell him you're unhappy explain your issue. You should get a knife you like and not be stuck with a poorly made knife.

Hi john;

Well, I haven't actually made the purchase yet. That's why I'm posting the question here.
It looks like JayBlade was not happy with his Renzo. Yet, I see Bernie selling a few of them here & I do trust Bernie's judgement as he has sold me a few awesome knives...

You also seem to be giving Renzo a good review john.

Anyone else here have an opinion?

thanks

I trust Bernie to sell you a good one. Ask any seller all of your concerns about a knife and if the seller can answer your questions to your satisfaction then it's up to you. Also, I recall not long ago Alajohn on the SD auction site was selling a lot of RB's knives.
