There are many fakes on that site and the pricing is high. My experience is that the owner will send you insulting replies to questions about condition and authenticity. Look for another seller if possible.

If you're happy with the price and don't want to think about a return, it's fine. If you want any sort of warranty without verbal abuse or you want a decent price, avoid them like poison.

I've looked over the site and about anything they sell that isn't custom can be had cheaper at other sites. Doesn't seem like the people running the place are well spoken of around here but the choice is yours.

JimBrown267 - I have posted in the "Buy & Sell" section here that I'm looking for an 11" AGA Campolin "Maltese" with a Brazilian Cow scales, with lets; just say 'interesting'(?) PM results...So in essence; "No luck yet..."

BladePlay has them listed at $114.99; but are 'out if stock'. autoknife has them 'in stock' for $164.99. So $50. more than BladePlay, but he said if I was paying by check or money order; he'd match Bladeplays price. So that's when I posted here inquiring about his 'legitimacy', etc... & I'm obviously glad I did!

As for the 11" horn Maltese, I see your post now. It's funny how those knives will be everywhere...and then nowhere. I will put it on my look for list. There is a seller named Alajohn who has those sometimes, or at least he used to. I'll send you his contact.

A couple of members here have a set of 3; the 9",11" & 15"(or 16"?) versions & don't want to break up their sets, & I get that. But I really just want the 11" version.

So yes, any help finding one would be greatly appreciated!!!
