I think the swedge (the slants at the top of the blade on the dull side) are much more pronounced than I have ever seen on a knife like this. Actually, I don't know if I have ever seen a swedge blade on one of these. That might be a standard blade that was altered by someone.

Also, I notice the back liner is a full profile one (it goes all the way to the tips of the guards). Does the front bolster have the brass backing on it or can you see into the curved part of the front bolsters?
