there are no original Italian Rizzuto knives these were at one time thought to be made in Italy but they are not . there have a center lock not button open/close and are much better quality that the later made one's .

Has anyone ever seen a Japanese guardless stiletto model with authentic gold handles? 😎

Tom19176 wrote: Sat Oct 19, 2019 6:16 pm I remember seeing a few photos of Japan made Rizzutos with green and blue handles. Anyone else see them? Charlie am I correct they were made in those colors? I know the Korean made lever action ones came in several colors.
Black, red, ivory, white, two different greens...JimBrown knows of all of them
I too read old threads. I want all of those colors! How cool. I've seen a red, and a blue I assumed was fake, but green!? Awesome.

A few different colors. Looks like there was more than one type of red (one looks solid, the other looks marbled/darker). I've never seen a green one.

And this rare one. Not only multicolored handles (Italian-themed) but also fixed-guards. Pic originally posted by member BTB0923

I had a hard time finding a blue one. But by chance I saw this video. There's a blue one in it.

I am kind of wanting another Rizzuto. I used to have several of them but sold all but one when prices went crazy a few years back but the prices seemed to have leveled off. I did score this one last November.

AND. . . it's also got a step bolster (rare). . . . ( but not a regular bolster or a coffin bolster )
and the bayonet point false edge looks amazingly short. . . a unique blade grind.

I'm curious if it has a round kickspring or a flat kickspring.

not just pretty, it's a rare green bird.
