First off, I would like to apologize for being inactive for awhile, Ive been dealing with a loss in the family and just settling all of that has distracted me from my true passion, knives!
however recently Ive heard a lot about people complaining about knife repairs, saying things like "who would pay 60 dollars to repair a 120 dollar knife?"
what you need to understand is no one is here to fix your modern production knives, yes, your frank B is nice, but its not nice enough to send in to get it fixed, this service is for rare/antique knives, so please stop your complaining!
sorry if this comes across as harsh, its just something Im tired of hearing
