Post by john »

Hello Everyone,
I picked this one up about a month ago from TB forum member Tanto. AGA Campolin Oval Button Hunter 1947-2007 60th Anniversary Limited Edition, Dark Horn, 7.75" with mirror polish blade 3.5", wicked sharp blade, fulcrum release, great snap, very tight and nicely balanced, excellent.

thats a NICE knife! very cool.
love that style. it's such a contrast to the typical Italians... not that there's anything wrong with levers, picklocks, or swingers... they are my favorite.... i'm just sayin :)
super nice!
what is the weight, if you don't mind me asking?

I have one of these with nice stag and they are very well made and have a nice snap.
The only thing is I find the fulcrum lever a bit awkward.
Muskrat Man had one or more that he replaced the fulcrum with a ring that I liked much better.

Otherwise a very hefty knife made to use. Bought mine from David (Tanto) Great guy and he still owes me a huge mug of Czech beer

Love the dark horn on this one 8)

Love the look of this knife. Don't own one, but soon. :D
Would like to see this knife with a push button, open/close. Ring pull would be better would also look great.
