aha.. 1st post, F. Beltrame Ultraviolet? Tactical?
Hey folks, Nice forums here
Has anyone seen the F. Beltrame knives with coated blades?
There are at least two called "tactical" w/ black teflon coated bayonet blades,
one has black scales and the other an imitation carbon fiber i think...
Then there is the Ultraviolet, which is blue/purple coated overall. It changes color with different light angles.
I'm wondering if anyone is selling them, as i have seen these on BA one time, and not since! They don't seem to be real great quality, but the price should be right, and i'd like to locate some. I'd prefer not ordering from Italy, and the UV model isn't even on F.B.'s website. (yet?)
Also, who has the hookup on a leverletto?
drop me a PM if you're the knife pimp

I have a couple of the black tactical from the new switch line. It has a nice snap and a favourite of alot of people who see it. The only fault is that the blade will scratch easily if used for edc, very nice for display.
As for the LLO, there is still a few on BA, just do a search.

Thanks for the heads up J-man,
I already have the "ultraviolet" switch (or so it was called) i'm not sure thats the name for the finish. Yes, a few snaps had the coating beginning to chip away at the blade stop. no biggie really, i prefer a manual MT for EDC as i'm not *always hunting nor fishing* as per the law.
this F.B. stuff is just a novelty thing for me.
I don't consider the switch model to be high quality, but they are'nt that bad. provided the price is right.
Thanks to the guys who PM'd me too.
