Family guy episode "Brian's got a brand new bag" Toward the beginning there is a roadhouse homage in which a cartoon OTF is used.

Re: Movie Switchblades
Sean Connery uses what I think was a Bargeon in "Never Say Never Again." "Straight into Darkness" has an Italian style switch. There is another World War II movie that I have seen where a British soldier has an 11-inch picklock. Can't remember the name of the movie but it was made in the 60s and set in North Africa. I also remember show a that I saw on HBO in the early 80s where the character (Stacy Keach?) wields an OTF that he nicknamed "Geraldine." Can't remember the name of this one either. There is a Super Auto in "Sudden Impact." I also remember a modern US-made knife in U.S. Marshals," possibly a Benchmade. The female Russian agent in "From Russia with Love" has an OTF in her shoe. There is also a side opener in "Dr. No." "Fort Apache the Bronx" has several switchblade scenes. My apologies if I have named some that have already been listed. This list has gotten long!
Re: Movie Switchblades
This makes me feel really old to realize how long ago these movies were made. I was a teenager and in love with all these guys, lol

Re: Movie Switchblades
In "Brannigan" (1975), John Wayne's character questions a man who then reaches into a drawer, grabs an Italian switchblade, snaps it open in Wayne's face and says, "This is what I answer questions with."
Re: Movie Switchblades
Hi All,
I just took a look at the list. It's about a yard long. It looks like at a movie a day it would take about a year to see them all.
Great list.
Thanks to everyone who's contributed,
John

This one was suggested by someone on youtube, username jonshotyournot. This is the first white 10.5 inch step-bolster we've seen in the movies. Night Shift (1982)...
