UK knife collectors...

Post by TESSA3 »

Hi all.
On August 16th and 17th at
Ragley Hall, in Warwickshire
there will be a Knife Show,
The first for the UK, I believe, so come on all you
UK collectors, lets give it a bit of support, there obviousley wont be any autos
but that wont matter, will it ?
See http://www.knifefairs.co.uk for
more info.
Cheers

Please give us a report on what they could display and what was banned.
Most of our knife [and gun] laws follow yours by about 50-100 years, so
we can see our future in time to change it IF we pay attention. We at least
have the NRA working for our Gun Rights [semi-effectively] but the Knife
Associations and Societies have not [so far] been really "In your Face"
assertive in general, although there have been exceptions.

Hi All,
Just got back from the Show,
not too bad, there were about nine
stands, selling mainly antique knives, Bowies,IXL's
Randals,etc a few Balisongs and
believe it or not, a few autos, I bought a new Boker
thuya Speedster, a very old
and heavy stag lever-lock,a
custom Mick Wardell neck knife, there are to be three
shows next year, something to look forward to...
Meanwhile, Iv'e just bought a Protech Godfather, and a
Robbie Dalton Companion, brilliant knives...
Bye for now.
