I found out that Inox means stainless in french. Is there a specific maker or company
who marks their blades "Inox"? Or are these just mass produced blades that are used by
multiple makers/company's. Anyway I figure in another ten or fifteen years I might have
all this Switchblade stuff figured out.

Inox, on Swiss Army Knives ONLY is a special/classified smelting [I'm guessing, close to 425 stainless] 
On ANYTHING else it means stainless and type unspecified
