The only spring that I've had "go Falcon" on me was on an 8" Hubertus SlimLine. Snapped in two one day when I closed the blade. I'd had the knife for only 8 months at the time. Contacted our chums at The Knifeshop and they sent me 2 replacements free of charge. Very easy to repair. The knife is now snapping again like a hungry 'gator, and I have a spare spring just in case.

I don't have any idea what this would be likeThe Falcon wrote:The room I decided to replace my Wor Tac spring in looks like the Chinese Army spent the winter here and then left suddenly. As I was reassembling the knife I hear a "SHWING" and the spring disappeared. I'm still searching.

Mr. SD,
As I understand it from a previous post Mr. Waya is busy with "knife related projects," and playing Daddy to twice litters of brand spanking new wolfettes...
Mr. Patnude returned to the Forum Nov. 29th of last year to a rather rude "welcome back" from a couple of our more cantankerous members, after being out of the country for about a year.
Apparently, he didn't care to pay for past perceived "sins" and he departed.
