Great thread! I have a Forst Messer, I love the knife, such a cool blade opening mechanism, and the knife feels so hefty and think when carried. Dan

HD, Yeah, breaking that backspring sucked. Every time I thought about not having that knife anymore...and there's like no way to replace that knife. Of course, all that went out the window when I got it back fixed right and all polished up.
I've seen the pen blade release knife over the years and the Forst Messer is way cool. Except for one 'Guardian' around 12 years ago I have never strayed from the regular 11cm model.

Hubertus has a current mega Camper. I've been going back and forth on whether to get one.
