Re: My third Stray Dog Frosolone
Very nice selection, Jeremy, and lovely work, as always, Ron. Did you have this built to specification, Jeremy - or pick it off Jonathan's site? Do you have more dogs besides the three "frosies"?

Re: George Cameron builds one from scratch - still Day Two
... and now, grasshopper ... This shows the button side liner having the slot milled for the button assembly. It has to be milled because we are using thicker stainless liners. At this point the insides of the liners have been mirror polished. This shows the level being used again so that milling st...

Re: George Cameron builds one from scratch tutorial Day Two
The saga continues. You manglers who have been putting off building one from the ground up now have step by step instructions from the Sensei himself. Getting the blade ready to drill the button hole and the stainless locking pin. http://i765.photobucket.com/albums/xx296/dnlsause/GCBuild/DSC_7760.jp...

George Cameron builds one from scratch tutorial
In which I have the distinct honor and pleasure of virtually looking over his shoulder (and taking you all along for the ride) as he builds a new knife from the ground up. This project was started on Monday, 2/24/14. Brace yourselves, children, it's going to be an interesting ride. GC sent me the pi...

Re: Please allow me to introduce the work of Killbucket
I can't say enough about these two. First, the 13" AKC bayonet, Lord Barkenbite, is just plain amazing to me. It weighs a modest 6.1 oz. and while you can see the joins between the scales and the bottom bolsters, you cannot feel them. From scales down this knife feels like oiled glass. KB's use of r...

Yeah, this kind of stuff is everywhere if you know where to look. In Age of Empires (a computer game about the Roman Empire) you could hit codes that gave you a spaceman with a laser rifle or a GTO with A 110 MM recoiless rifle. Cheat codes for Lara Croft allowed her unlimited lives and ammunition, ...

The tooling on the button is amazing, did you do all the engraving?? :D  That's called "checkering" - but you usually see it on gunstocks - looks great on silver! Ahhhhh! Thank you ILikeStilettos! Would you stamp a mold into a silver disc to create it? I always wondered why flatbutton autos ...

Re: New Auto Razor Conversion
Thanks! It has a single leaf spring that provides the tension for the lockback and fire the blade. It was a little tricky, because of that dip in the ricasso or tang area. Flys out like a standard 9 inch stiletto. Maybe I should make a few more with different handle options. Any Suggestions? Box Eld...
