Now that our family is more dispersed (kids married and gone, etc.) the bird is concomitantly smaller. Consequently I can use my 25cm fishtail. It is nice and sharp, and to steal an advertising tag line from one of our "favorite" vendors, it is easy to clean! I am worried, however, that using a fish...
