We need better pictures, but given the ones we have, I don't see how this can be a swivel bolster. A close up of the front top bolster shows NO slant to the bolster or scale, which would be necessary for the swiveling bolster to have clearance. Puzzling.....

Usually referred to as a slant bolster or old fashion. There are all kinds of examples and pictures in the forum. Search slant bolster and come up with pages of discussion on them.
