The tomb raiders I have had were actually better knives than the NATO's and the Italian otf's, but not as good as the Lightning scarab clones.

There isn't much stress on the springs until you apply the force it takes to open, or shut them. The button travel is when the springs stretch. If anything, the less stess seem to be when the blade is off the track, but that is minimal so I wouldn't worry about what position it is in. A single actio...
