Finally bagged a deer

Bow hunted 30 some days in a row without a buck coming in close enough. Tons of night pictures of nice ones but nothing during shooting hours. I had 4 to 6 does and fawns hanging around all the time. Well, on opening day of our gun season I shot a big doe.Wasn't about to wait and not get anything. H...

Re: WTB - Manual Opening Italian-Made Stilettos

Hi Steve, glad to see you are still among us! I still have one of the 10" manual stilettos I got from you. Used to take it into work on occasion to cut up an apple. Some new guys' eyes would widen and they would ask, "Is that a switchblade?" Ha Ha. I too am retired, but only 6 years. Hi David, Isn'...

Re: WTB - Manual Opening Italian-Made Stilettos

Hi Terry, Thank you. I'm doing well as I hope you are. How do you like this switch from summer to winter? I love being retired but have a problem keeping up with all the thing I get into. I think it was easier when I was working or maybe I'm just getting old ( er ). I've been retired almost 10 years...

Re: Looking for info about a knife

I met an old timer ( a little older than me :D ) that knew I collected knives and asked me if I could identify a knife his wife had bought him. He sent me the picture and a sketch of the stamp on the tang but I had no clue of the maker and after doing a week of searching, came up with nothing. Here...

C&C is coming up in the capitol this Thursday

Wisconsin being only one of maybe four states that don't have some kind of C&C is having a hearing on it this week and with a new Gov. we have a chance this time. By the way, foreseeing that we might finally get it I went and bought a weapon to carry. It's a MPA Protector in 9mm and takes a 32 rd. s...

Re: Saiga 12.

I bought my Saiga 410 in 2005 and am glad I did then. I've done a few mods over the years and this is what it turned out to be. I also have had a trigger job done to it. I got a 15, 2 10s and 5 or 6 4 shot clips for it. Nice 12 Ya got there Jagman. http://images108.fotki.com/v105/photos/1/119464/657...

Re: Looking for info about a knife

Sorry, I don't have the knife and the gentleman lives across country from me. I will ask him if he
can do a close up.
