Re: Rosco 9 inch picklock
Just my opinion...but, if it were mine, I'd consider restoring it with new scales, tighten the blade if it doesn't lock up as it should and a cleaning.

Re: A.G.A. Campolin Mother of Pearl Humpback
After reading my own reply I realized it was cofusing. I was comparing my "oval" button to a "lever lock",mine just needed to be pressed sharply to open. Speaking of levers,I need a few more for my collection. 8) Me too :!: , I can use a few more Levers, Lock Backs, Swing Guards, Stilettos, etc. :l...

I'd rather the Zuava blade more than my number 5. However, if at all possible, I'd still want number 5 on a Zuava blade.

Re: A.G.A. Campolin Mother of Pearl Humpback
Hello Viking, I agree with you it is refreshing to see someone talk in depth about knives. I shouldn't have taken your question so lightly as to do a quick photo comparison. It deserved a much closer look. I got my oval button from Tanto and I had the same issue with it not opening all the way, but ...

Re: A.G.A. Campolin Mother of Pearl Humpback
Hello Free, When I compared the two knives I did a quick comparison by looking at the photos and after reading your in depth report. I agree with you 100% there are many differences. Not just cosmetic, but fundamental structural differences. At first glance, and that what I based my statement on, th...

Re: A.G.A. Campolin Mother of Pearl Humpback
Hello peter42, I don't notice the hump at all. Someone else may, but it's invisible to me. I didn't like the factory fulcrum. It stuck out in an odd way. If you do pick one up I recommend changing the fulcrum, but you can save a few dollars by purchasing the lock back...no customization needed. It's...

Re: A.G.A. Campolin Mother of Pearl Humpback
Hello maceco,
I really don't know how it happened from one knife to the Campolin 2011 Stiletto, the Fish, the Catalana, the Lock Back and the Pescotto Frosolone. Who know's what the future may bring perhaps a swinger or a hunter?
Thank you, maceco, for taking a look and your comment,
John
