Love that 110 conversion. I have a 110, a 112, a Case Mako; all lever comversions and a Case Sharktooth button that Muskrat man converted. The Sharktooth is my favorite because Caleb really did it perfect. http://s690.photobucket.com/user/hogwil ... .html?o=13

Not an expert but I think the scales are briar burl. Smoke many pipes and they have that grain. JMHO

Seems to me that with the chain pulling on the outer circumference of the blade it should have good torque when opening. Would prefer a clip or drop point as recurves are a bit harder to sharpen properly; at least for me. Looks good though.
