Re: New Beltrame Batwing Swinguards

It is considered a collaboration....so the base parts...liners,blades,buttons,back springs, handles and some of the bolsters (the ones that are not solid)are Franks...so the tang stamp is Frank B Italy....I can't lay claim to those....only the custom work done afterwards...the guards and the solid b...

Hi Nemo,
Do you know what the tang stamp is going to say?

Re: A Puzzlement...

Like Bill suggested play with it after you fire it many time it should be fine and some light weight oil can't hurt. I too have one of those places where things disappear to and never can be fou d again.

Re: Please Help ID this Strange Pressbutton Sawback

Hello tbd63, Looks like one of a kind to me. Great find for sure. I love seeing these usual firing mechanisms. Your blue print shows it all. The knife itself looks great, nice scales! I would think you'd need a sheath for that knife only because the saw back could eventually cut its way through your...

Re: oosick fighter

Hello atakach,
Beautiful knife. Great looking blade and the guard is awesome. The walrus oosik boneyou used has great color. texture and really like the shattered/broken end. The leather John used to make your sheath matches the color and look of your oosik bone beautifully.

Re: 2012 Siciliano by AGA Ringpull in Blonde & Dark Horn

Hi Dave,
MetalGod, is waiting for a few custom scaled Siciliano's. I hope he get the Brazilian horn like he told me about. You might want to grab one of those custom scaled knives.

Re: So far. .

Your swing guard is awesome. I'm a big fan of swingers; they have a real cool sound to them. The wood scaled stiletto withe the brass hardware looks like nice knife. I like the way wood and brass look together. I like the Mikov's they're a well built knife. The scales on it look like bone. I put cam...

Re: Humpback problem

Hello, A couple months ago I bought one of the FB humpbacks that have recently appeared on the market. Nice knife. Recently it's developed an annoying problem: I press the button, the knife seems to take a minute to think, then fires. The (coil) spring seems strong--fires the blade all the way, loc...
