Re: 10cm CiZ Bayonet Mini

Thank you everyone for the kudos! Aside from one grouchy guy insinuating it's a Tony Sandoval fake on FB, it's been pretty well received... I just love that stuff keeps coming out of the woodwork and there's never a dull day or moment in this hobby. Thank you all again

10cm CiZ Bayonet Mini

I recently traded for this 10cm CiZ (Zoppis) mini with a bayonet blade... I am curious, has anyone in here ever seen a stamped 10cm (other than INOX) or one with a bayonet? Seems pretty interesting and from what I can tell is fairly unique. A buddy sent me the La Vespa tassel/tag when I told him abo...

That 23cm kris BV&F is absolutely nuts to me... the dude who owns it is a great guy so I don't get too jealous when he posts it in the FB groups LOL

Re: OKCA Eugene OR Show Finds

The bail on the fish is fascinating. I have seen a Mauser fish with a bail as well as this Montreal ITALY stamped 25cm fish I got a couple months back with bails, but I agree, not that common and haven't seen any others. I wonder if they were all produced by the same company https://i.imgur.com/mNo...

Re: 18cm / 7" BV&F Pick Lock

Nice! I don't think we knew of many, if any, B.V.&F. Kris blade picklocks were made either, and one recently showed up. Cool knives, love that stamp myself. DW asked me to post his kris 23cm here so here are some others that we all probably covet! https://i.imgur.com/T7cutgs.jpg https://i.imgur.com...

18cm / 7" BV&F Pick Lock

I saw in an earlier post on another forum that there was rumor to be no 1 8cm / 7" BV&F pick locks discovered yet, but realized I had found one last summer down in Portland OR. I dug it out and took some pics next to a scale in case anyone had their doubts. Enjoy! https://i.imgur.com/PnqSrvI.jpg htt...

Re: Latama Shell Wrap?

That must have been a very small run! I have never seen one marked as a Latama. I can repair it should you want to do so. Get some oil on the steel parts. Thank you, Sir! I just might take you up on that down the road but I do kind of like this one staying the way it was when it came to me... there...

Latama Shell Wrap?

Here’s a weird one I’ve had a couple years but never thought it was anything too special until recently… despite being pretty hammered it actually functions well and doesn’t peek (missing the back wrap). Thank you for looking. Anyone else ever seen one? 18cm Latama shell wrap https://i.imgur.com/xXn...

Re: OKCA Eugene OR Show Finds

Is the Eugene show still the one with the largest switchblade presence in the West? Jim Mr. Jim D, Probably. What makes the Eugene show more attractive, is the gun show next door. Skipped this one, but plan to be there next year. Mr. HighSpeed Steel, Nice score. Bet you were the first in line when ...

OKCA Eugene OR Show Finds

Found a couple nice ones today at the OKCA show in Eugene OR... 25cm Colt CEM fish with a bail and a 23cm Mauro Mario kris blade. I had to do some searching through the old forums to find other examples of MM kris knives and I almost did a backflip when I saw the CEM. Lucked out that both have excel...
