John I really love that picklock " switchblade forum " knife by Mr Beltrame ,its just a pleasing mix of materials ,all of high quality. Lovely blade in damascus and the scales are nicely shaped and look almost like ivory ...is that just well chosen horn ? And presented in a nice display box ....Love...

Hombre I love the kabars but ageing them is quite difficult. I read once that the rarest earliest ka bars had a red spacer just above the guard ,this dated that particular knife to 1942. There are many forums that deal with fighting knives ,militaria that will have the info you need but ageing some ...
