79spitfire Sorry Mr 79spitfire, You can wipe your mind of that image, I really was just kidding, But more to the point, I've always stored some autos folded and some not, and I have never seen a difference in spring tension, even after many, many years. They've either popped or not from day one on....

u have to clean the blade and all the mechanism and working parts and spree and then you have to aply oil on those parts and then you aply a thin film of gun oil at the blade to avoid rusting then you have to find a dry place away from direct sunlight and store open the knive and all will be ok wit...

Its almost a switchblade i think.The lever on the spine opens it up just like a switch.In fact some websites said they thought it was more like a switchblade than a spring assist"" I'm not sure about the look, reminds me of Mel Gibsons movie Road Warrior but..... is the spline switch like a Kershaw...

Man, you guys are good. I'll have to get my magnifying glass to see the screws 'cause they're not exactly 'pipe wrench size', know what I mean? Maybe a special screwdriver? Looks like a star? Can you tell I'm not a experienced knife repair man? ..LOL. But I sure do like knives, and I'll try anything...
