Such stupid laws cause respect for the rule of law in general to diminish, which is not a good thing. It should be repealed. Realistically that would ...

Welcome PLP. Your name is a familiar one. Glad you are joining in.

I commiserate with you, there are just too damn many passwords in one's life. I must have a couple dozen and keep them in a separate folder on my machine. What a drag.

Mr. Natcherly, I suppose the Mayor will not be getting your vote next time around? Best regards, Bonz Not bloody likely as Teddy would say. Gavin Newsome originally impressed me with his more business-oriented approach to problems. Now I see he has much grander aspirations. He clearly wants to play...

To add further complication, all these "houses" use parts from the same suppliers. So aside from knives for which the house actually ownes the tooling, such as the AGA Campolin 15" & 18" and some fish, the differences between knives from the various makers are due mosty to the assembly process and t...

Mr. Corpse, At least England has one queen. SF has about 200,000 of the rump rustlers. Best regards, Bonz That was harsh :!: You know SF was once known as "The City that knows how". Question these days is "knows how to do what?" The worthless Board of Stuporvisors who constantly make forays into ar...

Now I see on the other thread what you used to perfect your technique. Really a tour de force. Thought I'd throw in some French for all the Francophones up there.

Mr. Magnum, And to think at one time I puzzled over your handle. :? Next week I will post pictures of my 629 and 645's (generations 1-3) so that Teddy won't think I'm a wimp. Use enough gun I always say. OK Mr. Magnum, here are the pics as promised. Still need to work on my lighting. In this one th...

s_witchblade, I think you hit the nail on the head. Guys get insecure when their ladies are talking to other guys. Maybe if we set up a reserved area within TB that would be limited to the ladies. Only they could start new topics or post messages. The guys could read the posts, but not post themselv...

You may be pleasantly surprised to note that the bolsters are actually nickel silver on these big boys. That's what I thought too. I later found out they have been made with SS, usually with the plastic scales. In the Italian knife business, anything is possible  Best to ask before buying :id...

Teq I thought the .45/70 revolver looked pretty massive :!: I can see that the gauntlet has been thrown. I guess I'll have to dust off those plans for a four shot revolver in .50 BMG. Or I might chamber it in .615 Super Natch (a .50 BMG case necked up to accept a 950 grain bullet). Bigger is always ...
