New 13" AGA Wasp flatguard

They advertise this one as "Kick very strong". Does anyone here have experience with this new knife? I would love to buy one but they are not the cheapest so any info will be welcome.

Tarry levigne

I came across Tarry Levigne (lizzard import) on this forum and I fell in love with the sleek lines of these knives. But who was he? French? American? Where are those knives made and in which era? I hope some of you can provide me some info about it. I will be gratefull.

Re: Chatellerault switchblade marked T F BASTET AMSTERDAM

I'm from Amsterdam in The Neherlands. Bastet was one of the oldest cutlery stores around there for over threehundred years. It's history goes all the way back to the 1600's. It closed in 1984. They were famous for dealing (or making???) table spoons, forks and knives to the Royal Family. The first t...

Re: New 13"picklock

Were the 2003 run specs the same, apart from the horn used? I saw a youtube movie about them and they looked great and seem to open fast.

I saw one of your trannies and it looked good. Scars can just add something extra. For a guitar they call that mojo.

Leverlock stiletto?

This is on the antique section on 3Kknives. Never seen it before. Is there someone here who knows more about it. Was it perhabs the inspiration for Bill to design the leverletto? I'm curious.

Re: italian stiletto - frosolone - details

I'm sorry.....I was mistaken. They are described in the Switchblades of Italy book. Must have overlooked that part of the story. Made in Maniago to serve the Frosolone market.

In my mind Frosolone conjures up a stiletto with tiny guards, no back bolsters and a blade that's between a swedge and a bajonet. I'm still learning. Beautiful piece. :D
