Re: Frank Beltrame from 3knives
Before ordering from 3knives, ask in an accompenying email to do the quality control for you. Ask for deep closing, straight blades for instance. I did it last time and mine came flawless. (as far as stiletto's can be)

Re: Big wobble in the blade.
I think its better to ask Bill. It should be an easy fix. But don't start tapping on the pin without any knowledge. If you will do that to the center of the pin you will probebly bend it.

Re: Frank B 2.0
I'm very happy to tell you that this one came with no issues at all. Centered, deep closing, good firing and good lock up.I specified that for ordering. Thanks for your opinions. Allthough I might not add to this forum every day. I look at it on a daily basis.

Re: Frank B 2.0
Something like that yeah....I'll give 'm one more try. I stated that the knife must be in a proper state when I ordered it. Minor flaws always seems to com with Italian stiletto's and I can deal with that but spontaniously firing.....no way. Glad to hear that yours are fine. Thanks for the info.

Frank B 2.0
The last year I aquired a few new 11" Frank B's. Three in total. They all seem to have the same flaw; spontaniously firing by just touching the scale. Is there anyone out here who experienced the same with these? Or was it just bad luck three times over?

Re: HUBERTUS Rainbow Scales
Question...it may sound silly but if you spray paint the handle with a layer of transparent poly-urethane finish, will that stop the outgassing?

Switchblade 247...lit cigarette in his hands. The Straycats. A perfect greasers song but way beyond its time.

I appreciate it, thanks. But it's an American site that probably won't ship over te pond. Nice knives though.

Re: Looking for 9" Frank B purchase or trade
2.0 versions are made by Frank's son en have the searhole all through and the blade is shaped a little different. They have very strong springs though. Nothing wrong with this knife although the searhole may give it a bit of an Asian appearance.
