The knife is a factory variant. Same frame as the lever locks, except a button is used. Off hand, I don't remember the maker-possibly Anton Wingen.

Well, I have been chastised about my comment. I don't own any of the Henckels, Union, KABar, Case knives, so it's difficult for me to make actual comparisons. Both sides of this knife are stamped-meaning it was made for Hoffritz.
This is unlike the "pantograph" Latamas that were engraved on the rear tang.

Possibly an Anton Wingen. It had light jigged bone handles that had dark dye in the jigging.
