this may be a dumb question, but i have a benchmade model 9700 auto tanto, the blade is etched balisong. when i was growing up a balisong was a butterfly knife. was this a generic term. how do the two relate?

no, i used a much more evil method of dispatching her, why ruin a perfectly good knife? i'm not proud of this i used a LAWYER

i ALWAYS wanted an imperial toothpick light switch. but could not figure where to put the battery

i was using [ abusing] my buck conversion , at work and the knife lock failed and closed in the open and locked position. i thought the lock back was one of the strongest types of locks, has anybody else had this problem? the knife is not that old or worn. or maybe the conversion did something to it...

i kept the wife from complaining about my collecting habit by getting rid of her. best decision i've made in years

as i collect american antique knives i was wondering the same thing are these real ? i've read two stories. one says they are fakes, the other on the collectors guide saya they are real. i've not bought one because i don't know the real story. they look cool.
