Mr. Bill; please see the link. I'm curious if this knife is actually one of your quality knives or if it's a fake like those on DHgate. You may not have the info I request. Thanks, Greg

Re: Buck 110 Conversion
Love that 110 conversion. I have a 110, a 112, a Case Mako; all lever comversions and a Case Sharktooth button that Muskrat man converted. The Sharktooth is my favorite because Caleb really did it perfect. http://s690.photobucket.com/user/hogwil ... .html?o=13

Not an expert but I think the scales are briar burl. Smoke many pipes and they have that grain. JMHO

Re: Ratworx Chain Drive
Seems to me that with the chain pulling on the outer circumference of the blade it should have good torque when opening. Would prefer a clip or drop point as recurves are a bit harder to sharpen properly; at least for me. Looks good though.

Re: Sharpening Stones for Beginners
Mr. Thales; your question has been posted for 2 days with no input. This sub forum doesn't get much traffic. Further you have posted little vital background info. i am one of probably several members who take sharpening fairly seriously. Several questions have been floating in my head since i read t...

Re: AGA Campolin Zero
Two things. I'd give $150 for it as is and the top bolster is facing the wrong direction. The thumb side when open should be curved back and the side with the cutting edge should be curved forward. All other stilettos are facing as I stated and with a reason. Still would give 150 for the apparent qu...
Re: sd forum
I sure miss BA. They really had interesting stuff. Sadly; I'm getting to an age where I probably need to thin all my toys while I have my wits to do so. Think my knives will end up here when I start the thinning.

Re: LATE NITE PHONE CALL
As corrupt as the Clintons are and with as many laws broken as they have; I kind of hope the Reps just let them slide off into history. A long protracted investigation isn't something we should get bogged-down in IMO. We need to focus on getting America moving in the right direction after years of O...

This link is decent and rather lengthy with much info that saves my typing fingers. Hope this helps. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Switchblade The terms you have asked about may be more regional or colloquial. Others here may have a different take on your question. There are certainly several member...
