I don't sell them, I only design them. I think they are underpriced already!

You are correct, except that the backspring pin will need to be peened to pull the handles together. Be careful, and don't split your scales.

Actually my wife, Ms. Debbie named it. We thought about Leveretto. Since it was a leverlock stiletto, we just liked the sound of Leverletto better.
BTW- keep your eyes on the Leverletto line. I hear there are many great things in store! That's all I can say.

By welding dissimilar metals together, then folding and rewelding, again and again. Or, by welding dissimilar powdered metals together in a container, then folding and rewelding, etc.

One pin goes through the backspring at the middle of the knife, and the other goes through the rear bolster.

I would use a Dremel with a ball burr, the true up the edges of the cut with a cylindrical burr.

I thought seriously about it. I happened to find a supplier in Italy, though.

I was serious. Just have a two piece die made, and give it a whack. With fairly thin NS, you could probably use an arbor press or hydraulic press.

No, never tried it. When I have to do a replacement, I have bent then up by hand. Nickel silver is pretty difficult to cast, outside of an industrial setting. If I were you, I would use sterling silver. The material is easier to work. Most of the cast bolsters I have seen were cast from white bronze...

If the knives are in a closed container, maybe a moth ball in a small plastic box. If the knives are stored in the open, frequent inspection is the answer.

They are dermestids. The same ones that eat those little holes in your Tshirts when they have been in the drawer too long. They eat horn when they are in the larval stage. They eat wool, carpet, too. When they grow up they become carpet beetles.

You could use a set of dies, and whack them with a sledgehammer, making bolsters one at a time.
