Video of my collection

https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZhF1MHzIdpM

It’s better if you view this on the YouTube app. Otherwise the video comes out really fuzzy.

There’s all 131 of my autos (129 knives + 2 combs) all laid out on my bed. Enjoy!

Re: Preliminary photos of Dad's collection

Sorry about your dad. That’s quite the collection he had. A few of those knives are quite rare and valuable, namely that German Bonsa trapdoor OTF. If you have any questions, there are plenty of folks here who will be happy to help. Thank you, Mario. Is this the one you are referring to? It's one o...

Not sure where these were made but AKC Italy currently makes models like all of these. The top one is the Black Finger, the middle one is usually called the Concord, and the bottom is a NATO Military.

Re: PVK Vegas Review

Was considering purchasing from them. After reading your review, I think I’m going to pass. I noticed they’ve really upped the prices on the Frank B’s for some reason. Most of the ones they currently have are over $200.

I take it you like my work on the 9” Milano? Yeah, I like the way it turned out. Had a question. If I put a little gun blue on the button, would that give the button a black color like you see on some Italian stilettos?

Re: 12.5” Chinese Tactical Black Stiletto

Speaking of custom work I’ve done, here’s a cheapo 9” Milano stiletto that had white plastic handle scales. I used brown leather dye on the scales to give them a synthetic bone look. I made a $20 knife look like a $100 knife. Hehe!

Re: 12.5” Chinese Tactical Black Stiletto

I know about 13” stilettos. I have a couple. Think maybe I should just sell off all my Chinese stilettos and replace them with Italians. Then again, the cheap ones are fun for click therapy and if they break it’s no big deal.

Re: 12.5” Chinese Tactical Black Stiletto

There are 13" Italian stilettos. Many aren't particularly expensive. You would be much better off buying an Italian knife. I think I’m just going to sell or trade this one and not even bother with customizing it. I do like to do custom work on cheaper knives just as something fun to do. Helps give ...

12.5” Chinese Tactical Black Stiletto

SwordsSwords.com lists this as the Missouri Monarch XL Stiletto. The total length is 12.5”. Are there any genuine Italian stilettos that were that length? Or were there any that were exactly 12” total? Feel like I’ve seen them before, but they’re rare. I’ve been thinking about customizing this one. ...

Re: How do you display your collection.

I can’t really display my collection for the most part. My pocket knives, autos, balisongs, etc. are mostly stored in plastic clothing drawers from WalMart. That includes one big three drawer piece with most of my boxed knives and some random fixed blades in stashed in the top, with the bulk of my a...

Re: New Chinese Swinguard Leverlocks

Hmmmph. And a nail nick. I would guess that they must use the same blades in non autos as well, I mean why would there be a nail knick? I would sort of like to see one in person but seriously doubt that I will ever own one. I feel like they put the nail nick on these things as a back-up for people ...
