Re: Sidecocker OTFs- New Old Stock

You lift up the sidecocker mechanism just a little bit and then push the button and the blade falls back into the handle 90% of the way. Then you lift up the sidecocker all the way and it reseats the blade completely and then once you fold down the sidecocker mechanism it’s ready to fire.

I’ll take some more photos of the side cocking mechanism. My friend Lance71 came up with the term “side cockers” and it so funny it had to stick. So forever I’m calling them side cockers, lol

Sidecocker OTFs- New Old Stock

Here are some knives you don’t find every day...or ever. 3 mint unused NOS rare side cocking OTFs. I found these a couple years ago and they were purchased from a closed Gun store in Northern Italy long ago.

Re: Humpbacks pulled from ebay

Just picked up another false-button humpback (2nd from right) I like these knives... Hey Portland Mike, here are two rare and matching (the 8” and 11” have identical tang stamps both front and back) automatic lockback models that were designed by Angelo Campolin Sr in 1961. A few years ago I discov...

It’s generic and is actually “inossidable,” meaning “rust free,” aka Inox or Stainless steel.

Re: Brass flat guard set with 2 foot Display piece

Very nice set Charley. Like those wasp body .. The two on the right are brass? No, those are from the same era so they just happened to be in the picture. In fact that mint 11” I sold to a friend in South Florida. That one is quite possibly the most mint 11” flat guard in existence. And the bottom ...

Those aren’t humpbacks. Those are lockback models patented by Angelo Campolin Sr in 1961.

Brass flat guard set with 2 foot Display piece

Here’s an amazing set of flat guards made with brass instead of nickel silver from roughly the WW2 era. Included is the period correct 2 foot Display piece I found a few years back.

Enjoy!

Sure, I can later. There are actually two different versions of the stamp. On one version, one of the Monkeys looks female as you can see some breasts, lmfao!

Re: New Knife?

Angelo makes some cool knives. Actually he had a really neat 1960s piece on his website last year. It was a typical S guard stiletto and bottom bolster but it had a lever like a leverlock.

ELIO ring pull with rare hunter style blade and ELIO brochure

Here is a rare dead mint ELIO DiBin picklock and his switchblade brochure. This knife was sent to an Italian import and export company with the brochure in 1961 to help him sell knives.

Here is a set of some of the rarest and most desirable and most importantly, most fun stamp to collect!! I found the 11” many years back but in the past 6 months I was able to find and add two other sizes. A 7” and a 9.” I’m not sure anyone has ever put together a set like this before. Does anyone k...
