Re: Found this searching 'johnny cade switchblade "
The problem is it looks like every other German shell puller. This is the first I’ve heard jigged bone. I always thought it was just stag.
Here's a German one...

Re: ROSCO for trade
Dana, just to be clear: you’re looking to trade your 13” Rosco picklock for any other 13” picklock with yellow/blond scales? I’m only asking because your Rosco is already a gorgeous knife. It’s just the scale color that you’re not liking? I assume you’re looking for another vintage piece, not modern?

Re: WTT+Cash: swinger for Hubertus shell puller
Just my unsolicited opinion, but if you can get a stock Hubertus leverlock and Bill has time to make it a shell puller, his come out far better looking than the stock Hubertus shell pullers. That front/top bolster on the stock ones are extremely flat and plain. https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/c...

Re: Two abalone jewels from R. Pascotto
@julesvane I started as a AGA Campolin fan but now turning more towards Pascotto knives. I will keep collecting them both i think but its not a cheap hobby lol :) ...just keep in mind, that the knives designed and built by Renzo Pascotto, are often on consignment for A.G.A. Campolin and so stamped....

Re: Anyone know about this OTF?
The lightning is made in a few Asian countries and sells for $20-30 with different blades shapes and handle colors. They are cheap knives with crap steel that stays sharp. I know of two NYPD officers that have carried ones bought from Stu711 15 years ago, they still work like new...lol...Sometimes ...

Re: Hubertus Tang Stamps and Etchings
Ah, I was asleep at the switch! Thanks. On a side note, I'm sure many Hubertus collectors have noticed the change of time period that the etch looked more like "Hubectus" (as does yours), then got more definition to Hubertus by a clearer separation of the letters as time went on. That would make yo...
