Bill, I really like that 11 1/2" in dark horn. Why don't you produce them like your smaller, 8"? I would love to own one.

No such thing as a perfect knife. But these are close. JV is right about not being centered. Not many are dead center.

I have had the same thing happen to me several times. I found if you are really interested in something you have to be diligent in looking, and buy immediately. You let 24 hrs elapse. Sometimes it can be minutes.
