Well now.... That Buck 110 Auto was looking kind of lonely sitting there all by itself.... kinda surrounded by all that foreign stuff. So, I bought him a little brother in a Paragon converted Buck 112.

Sweet! :)

Hey, the Buck/Paragon came in yesterday. VERY nicely done. VERY well made. Opens smartly and as smooth as silk.

Does anyone have an email address for Paragon? I want to know if they make other conversions, possibly on smaller folders.

REPORTING BACK

I thought I would report back and tell you that SKM customer service responded to my situation and replaced the first knife. The replacement arrived yesterday. There was no rust on this one and the fit and finish was obviously better than on the first knife. All would have been perfect if the thing ...

I know what you guys are saying. I went through this with guns and bows and watches. I have a friend who thinks I'm nuts when I go into overtime mode with my collecting. I can hear him now.... "what are you going to do with that thing" when I show him my latest knife. "Throw it in a drawer with my u...

OK, I just bought one on eBay... a Paragon conversion. Will this make it "Quick to Gut an Elk"?

Oh no... that's 6 knives in three weeks!!!!!

Now I need a big multi shelf shadow box to store this stuff along with about 40-50 other knives. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the input. Does this knife have a saftey... or is the release stiff enough to prevent it from opening in your pocket?

UPDATE... I received a reply from SKM. They are sending me another knife with their apologies. Looks like their customer support is alive and well. As soon as I receive it I will post a note.

Abe, I guess I would have to ask why a new knife should need any repair? I'm happy to hear that you have had good service fron SKM, but on the other hand it seems that you have had more than one new knife from SKM that needed some attention and would question the reason for that. In as much as I am ...

OK. I took your suggestion and send another email regarding my experience. I will repeat here what I sent to your customer support: In as much as I threw the knife in the trash, I don't expect a replacement or reimbursement for my loss. My intent in contacting you is the hope that you produce a bett...
