There were several cheap and expensive made balisongs with dragons, taylor/seto i believe has some but take a look at this a see if its anything like you used to have!

Regarding the confiscation letters! There have been times where customs has taken things but sent out no letter, never even knew they took it till the post office told me it never made it passed customs, it went to customs but never went through, and i recieved no letter( weird) the letter should be...
