Mikov problems

Hello! Just got a new higher end Mikov in (bone handles and Damascus blade) but it has a few issues. First the blade has a slight banana issue and second the blade appears to bounce off the blade stop during deployment and not lockup. This happens probably every third opening. Is there anything that...

Perfect condition. No blade peak. Fires hard. http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j261/xiuxiu1313/IMG_0024.jpg http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j261/xiuxiu1313/IMG_0026.jpg http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j261/xiuxiu1313/IMG_0027.jpg http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j261/xiuxiu1313/IMG_0025.jpg ht...

Re: Combat Troodon clone question

I have a marked and unmarked one. The marked one has the abalone inserts, I would not recommend those as the pieces tend to fall out. What I did is just blast the pocket clip with some black gloss spray paint to remove the fake logos.

Re: WTB Lockback Rizzuto

Good question. With the skyrocketing clone costs hard to say. One just sold a few minutes ago for just over 200.00. It seemed to be in fair condition. Had some lock issues but not completely trashed.

Yeah, if I was the high bidder I would be pissed. Just hate for anyone to miss out on the opportunity to bid. :D

Is it bad form to announce auctions?

I found an original Italian lockback Rizzy up for auction that is on a site that a lot of people here don't check...I dunno..maybe they do. Is it bad form to announce it? The people waiting to pounce on it might get pissed if I alert a bunch of people...not sure.

What do you all think?

Re: Would the Rizutto ever make a 'comeback'?

Very good point(s) everyone. Because this is all revolving around a reproduction of the "original" design it definitely needs to be handled correctly and with a lot of respect.
