Chris, thanks and I bought this 12 years ago or longer and got into a bidding battle with a dealer and got it for $1,500 or $1,600, can't remember for sure. Of course, it would sell for a lot more today.

Re: 8" EIG CUTLERY/Steel Liners
Another great one, Chris, and I would think plastic scales reveals it is late production, Jim, I agree on the visual appeal of the 8 inch stilettos. It's also a great size for carry and I carried an 8 inch swivel bolster from time to time in my younger years and again in recent years until the kick ...

Nice! I was late to the game, but the ones I posted are from the Mexico find.johns7076 wrote: Fri Jun 12, 2026 7:58 pm My Ring Cutlery, B Svobodas, Germany, Italy, Japan. Came out of the Mexico find. The Japanese with the dragon on the back are two of my favorites.

Another great one Chris and yes, that was a California importer. Another stamp I think was used by them on post-ban manuals was Liberty.

Re: Brass flat guard
It appears to be a late 40s production, but could be earlier. I have not seen many picklocks with brass bolsters.JulesVane wrote: Thu Jun 11, 2026 2:00 am Wow! Brass hardware on an old flatguard, even just old picklocks, is extremely uncommon (to say the least!). Another beauty! Even 10 years ago, that was a steal of a bargain!

Re: 11" MADE ITALY 6
Another great one, Chris. Made Italy 6 was used by Cleveland Cutlery and since it has an inox blade, it probably was a very late import just before the ban.
Thanks, Matt. I believe I recall reading that you said that quite some time ago too. If I recall correctly, I think you posted a 13" MADE ...

Re: A couple 28 cm Latamas
Beautiful, Matt! If you didn't state they were 11", I would have guessed 13". Fantastic! Please, keep sharing!
Chris, thanks and it can be hard to tell the size and I have seen debates about the sizes of switchblades in movies such as 12 Angry Men and Dirty Harry. IMO, the knives were 11s in ...
