If yo can locate raw goat milk you can make kefir ,the drink8=10 oz. every day. It will do wonders for you. If thats not your thing, try green tea,two,or four cups a day . Your body needs fluids and these are a good start. good luck.

Pleased to know i'm not the only "straight razor shaver"I'm a big fan of the Wade&Butcher heavy sheffields. Have about 12 razors,most are at least 100 yrs.old.When properly honed,stropped they glide across the skin ,til you fuck up.
