Good morning t.i.e.,
I bought mine from STU off BA 18 -24 months ago. Frank Beltrame used to advertise them on his web site. I'll nose around a bit, if I find anything I'll post about it.

Good morning guys, For some great info on the K-55 cat knife-- Go to search and look up the K-55 thread with my name on it . Brings back great memories. The Douk-Douk is also a wonderful and unusual knife. Its hard to find a knife today with fine steel and correct tempering that will take an edge to...

Good morning Mr. Vagrant, Sounds like that model P had a lot of cylinder gap and end shake, probably had a weak mainspring and a light sear. The old Model P thought it was a Fosberry and as it fired the cylinder recoiled backwards cocking the hammer against the weak mainspring and kept running as th...

Top of the morning Rats, Have a good Nikon digital somewhere. Hid it when I went into hospital for big time surgery. Had great drugs, forgot where I hid it. NO lie! I keep hoping I'll find it. I'm puzzled. Can't afford another as more great knives use up the camera replacement money. The two knives ...

Good evening forum friends, Saturday I received two absolutely beautiful 9" FB picklocks from Bernie (Metalgod). One was a bayonet blade and the other is a Kris blade. Both have blond horn scales similar to French Point. They are tight, straight, finely polished, quick springs, nicely domed rivets, ...

Good morning Tom,
Keep your eye out for a Collins, they are the standard by which many are judged and I think about the best. Check in shops that provide or supply equipment for surveyors of land.

Sam

Good afternoon all, Has anyone any idea when these 9" picklocks will be distributed to those that have ordered them. I've heard very little excitement about these knives on different forums as compared to the debut of the 11" FB picks or Walt's Flat Guards or the Kriss Swinguards. There has even bee...

Good morning David,
Those knives are beautiful with the scales exactly as they are. Very rich and elegant shades. Yes, white needs to be included as a forth colour.

All the best,

Good morning Mr. DK Jones,
I would suggest a knife from the Cold Steel company. Perhaps the SRK model. I find no fault with the Cold Steel Company or their products. They are 100% customer service oriented.
All the best,
