I was thinking more of seeing what is there not bringing one home! I wouldn't either. I keep hearing some guys say there are still older knives for sale at good prices. Just wondering what the truth is.....

That demon was the trade mark of Master Cutlery for several years. I bought several dozen of their non auto folding knives back in the day.
Red and Orange? The red ones came in different shade but were still red. I have never seen one with a bayonet blade. Please send a picture. The older better ones had a false edge on the standard blade. Perhaps you're calling that a bayonet blade? Ala John had a ton of these and sold them cheap.....
First the older collectors will tell you in the 1990s the quality of Italian models was really bad. That was before the internet brought back some demand and things got some what better. China has terrible steel but the fit can be more consistent.
