Re: Opens with flick of finger

The old Japanese AL-12 sold by Westbury Knife Sales in New York state was cool. It was a time in my childhood that I will long remember. the folding guards, inexpensive steel. A hefty $2.75 back in 1969 was something that took a while to obtain through the "snail mail" of the day.

Ah, memories! :)

If it isn't broken, don't mess with it!

INOX (French: Inoxydable) = stainless.

I hope that this is helpful.

I ADORE this Grand Touring coupe'! It gets admiring glances wherever I go. I replaced the timing chains and tensioners as well as a tune-up. H runs like a stallion! 8)

Re: I bought a 2000 Jaguar XK8 Coupe and named it after Gravknife.

I rode BMW motorcycles "back in the day" but no more. I will be 70 on December 1st. I'll drive the XK8 back to Tijuana, BCN one of these days. (I stay in the tourist areas and keep a low profile).

I bought a 2000 Jaguar XK8 Coupe and named it after Gravknife.

It is a 2000 Jaguar XK8 that is "Topaz" in color. I named it "Ian" (after Gravknife). I paid $4200.00 for the vehicle and have put over $7000.00 into it to bring it into running condition. (It had but 60014 miles on it when I bought it from a private party).

What fun! :D
