Re: Eye Candy

I remember this website, autoknife. I believe you and I may have discussed some knives I was looking to sell a couple of years ago. I remember your Bird Head Rizzuto as I hadn't seen one other than the one I had. You may be remembering autoknife.com who was Roadside Imports. He sold many converted ...

Re: Eye Candy

Ian, Thanks for sharing. I am SO glad that you are okay. I am working with an elite Armed Security Service vendor, and have been since January 8th. (I'm in the Sales division). That's SUCH a cool blade! A simple BO/BC side-opening knife with great panache! I LOVE IT! 8) It’s not a BO/BC s...

Re: Eye Candy

I drew this never having seen the inside of a Tarry Levigne OTF but I do have photos of a side cocker dis-assembled ( somewhere I can't find ) and I remember one straight arm and one sliight "S" shape second arm. but it sort of explains the operation of a floating sear arm. I PRESUME there is one i...

Re: Anyone got the new AGA Campolin ''Pattada''?(not happy)

I’m not sure why anybody is surprised when they re-make Knives from the past that they are junk. The original’s weren’t good quality. The only Pattada’s you usually find are NOS, unused ones because any that were fired much failed eventually and ended up in the trash. Now they’re making them again a...

It’s a Begon. Their earlier stamp was “247” over “Inox” inside a chevron or something.

Re: NOS 1980’s vintage Edge Co type OTF’s

I’m assuming they are the manufacturer since we know the Edge Company was just an importer. These are the first of this style I’ve seen with anything but the Edge Company stamp.

This is the company that actually made them for them under contract. These are stamped “Youth” over “AC-86”. Available in black, blue, and r...
