Re: Custom Grizzly Ring Pull Pics For Barshoo
That totally ridiculous engineering is pure Kabar. Outside of the button being soldered to the spring as the originals had the button crimped on to allow some movement as it passed through the bolster. The knife nemo is showing is more of an Italian mechanism and probably does work smoother than the...

Re: Horn
Bill, that's correct. This part of the translation may be a clue as the glycerin: The polishing of the manico came executed with a special paste, composed of pasted pomice stone powder with of the lubricating oil. At last, the blade of the realized knife, came last on rotates made of woven (boff') f...

Re: Horn
This is an exhibit from a Frosolone museum of a hafter's bench. Notice the shear and a clamping tool held in a vise. http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l229/DickCarroll/haftersbench.jpg And from a babelfish translation on working scales: Once obtained the blade, if the object in execution were a knif...

Re: Help- Is this a Japanese made Mexican tourist knife?

Re: DELCIMA MANIAGO LEVERLOCK
Not real positive on that knife but I suspect 60s or 70s. It's the only stamp I have of theirs and I didn't have as much info as I do now thanks to the info on the del Bens, thanks Jim Beam!
