Re: Borscht and Fokker Triplanes.
John, there are countless airplane patterns on the internet. I've built so many, I don't need a pattern anymore. I opened a box, and the lid flap looked like a wing. that defined the scale of the airplane. Here are some patterns, I've got over 100 different planes. some i drew up on my own. Some are...

Thank you for all of the replies. . .
I live with My Mother (98), and Mother-in-Law (92?), and they sit and reminisce . .
so it will be nice to spring this on them. . .
If they are available.

Looking for candy - original "Black Cow" on a stick
My Mother, age 98, is remembering her childhood. and is yearning for two types of candy, that may no longer be produced. If you know of an online source, I'd be very happy to "score some" for her. One is "Black Cow" on a stick. ( like a "Turkish Taffy ") it is a white round straight rolled paper sti...

Re: alphabetized list of Switchblades in Films
Stumbled across this on YouTube.
Tarzan in Manhatten . . . . romance/comedy (early George of Jungle theme)
He confronts hoodlums, makes them drop weapons. . .
I can see two black rizzys and a Johnson Smith catalog pewter claw handle dagger.

Re: "EvenStephen" Dodge
I recall the name "EvenStephan" . . . but I never thought of him a builder.
I certainly did not know he produced this level of art talent.

Re: What's Your Favorite Lube ---
My workshop is filled with inherited tools, rows of old glass peanut butter or jelly jars full of Springs and widgets. extra nuts and bolts from 2 generations of home projects or broken toys. Cans and bottles of all sorts of solvents and varnishes and inks and paints. I have a 1970's red and white c...

Dick Van Dyke Show Trick Knife
Okay . . . . No photo of the trick knife is available . . . . Photo shown is not correct, it only references the office camera shot. I am in search of a photo, maybe someone knows which episode it is shown. maybe someone has the real thing. In one episode, Dick is standing in his office, explaining ...

Re: Solinger Fahrtenmesser
In the link . . . the middle knife on the cover page.
I have a similar knife without the blade etch.
I chipped the point, and it is re-tipped. but it's subtle.
I can't recall the tang stamp.
I'm curious now. . . I have to get someone to dig it out.
